Founded in 2018 by Jarrett Fuller, twenty-six design is a multidiscplinary design and editorial studio that mixes client work with self-initiated projects based in Brooklyn, NY. Our work takes shape across a variety of media, from books and websites to podcasts and installations and we work with clients large and small, around the world.
In addition to client work, we also produce experimental work, research projects, and original content. This includes Scratching the Surface, a weekly design criticism podcast; Graphic Design Readings, an online archive of canonical graphic design texts; and other books and speculative projects.
Jarrett Fuller is a designer, writer, educator, podcaster, and principal and creative director of twenty-six. He hosts Scratching the Surface, a weekly podcast about design criticism and expanded practices; and teaches in both undergraduate and graduate programs at Pratt Institute, The New School Parsons School of Design, and the University of the Arts. He previously worked as an in-house designer at Facebook, Warby Parker, and The Whitney Museum of American Art. He received his BFA in graphic design from Kutztown University and his MFA in graphic design and critical studies from Maryland Institute College of Art. He lives with his wife in Brooklyn, NY.
